Today's recipe will focus on favorite and healthy snack. Recently I read a handout with new healthy, snack ideas. Some worked for us, others did not.
One that is a favorite, especially with Kayla, are what I call the "Kabobs"
Kabobs
Stick pretzels
Grapes
Cubed cheese
Take a stick pretzel and slide the grapes and cheese on the pretzel until full, usually I can get 3 items, sometimes four. For Kayla I usually half the grapes.
Dorian doesn't like the cheese, so he just gets Kabobs with grapes. I haven't tried other fruit, but I'm sure any melon, apples, pineapples, etc would be great on these!
